I posted the following on the local fixed gear forum:

Im posting this cause I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THERE IS HELP if you are ever feeling depressed, hopeless, suicidal, etc. Don't think because you cant afford it, dont have insurance, youre ashamed, that it's the end of the line. Portland itself has many sliding scale and free mental health clinics, whether you just need someone to talk to that will be unbiased and wont judge you or if you do need meds to help regulate a little. We all have our own problems, and its nothing to be embarrassed about.

The PORTLAND & MULTNOMAH CRISIS Line is 24 hours a day/7 days a week. 1-800-716-9769

The following is a page with Clinics by neighborhoods that provide a range of help. http://www.coalitionclinics.org/clinics-location.html

I don't know many of you on the board anymore, but I do know what it's like to hurt and I do know there is help.

WE CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE ANOTHER FRIEND.
